Our all-inclusive technology packages come with in-house support, which means we set it up, operate it and pass on the cost savings to you! While many hotels feature audio visual services, you often have to work with a third-party supplier and pay higher fees. Those third-party suppliers may not be as familiar with other facilities compared to our in-house experts. We take that burden away from you as we own and operate our own equipment.

mic, screen, laser pointer, sound system, microphone, 35 mm projector.
If additional equipment is required, our in-house staff will work with your team to make appropriate arrangements to make sure it meets your every expectations.
Multiple Options for Hybrid Meetings
If you are looking to plan a hybrid meeting, we also have you covered for an additional fee. Hybrid meetings allow the presenter or speaker to present content in-person to event attendees, while following and maintaining mandated social distancing guidelines and sanitization practices. Simultaneously, the in-person training, conference, or meeting is live streamed for virtual attendees to tune-in in real-time.
